The CompanyOur client, a leading global blockchain infrastructure company, is looking to Hire Head of Cybersecurity.The RoleCybersecurity Architecture & Engineering<ul><li>Define and implement secure enterprise architectures across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments.</li><li>Partner with IT, DevOps, and product teams to embed security into systems, applications, and infrastructure.</li><li>Evaluate, select, and deploy advanced security technologies such as EDR, SIEM/SOAR, IAM, Zero Trust, and cloud-native security platforms.</li></ul>Cyber Operations Leadership<ul><li>Oversee Security Operations Center (SOC), incident response, and threat hunting functions.</li><li>Build proactive detection and response capabilities to address advanced cyber threats.</li><li>Maintain cyber playbooks, escalation processes, and crisis management readiness.</li></ul>Team & Capability Development<ul><li>Manage, mentor, and grow teams of cybersecurity architects, engineers, and operators.</li><li>Scale cyber capabilities in line with company growth, ensuring the function evolves to meet new risks and business needs.</li><li>Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning across the security team.</li></ul> Strategic Security Leadership<ul><li>Translate complex technical risks into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.</li><li>Lead cybersecurity transformation programs, aligning technology and operations with business priorities.</li><li>Continuously assess emerging threats and adjust strategy to stay ahead of adversaries.</li></ul>Your Profile:Technical Expertise<ul><li>Strong background in cyber architecture, engineering, and secure systems design.</li><li>Proven leadership in running SOC operations, incident response, and operational cyber defense.</li><li>Familiarity with frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, and ISO27001 (with less emphasis on compliance/GRC).</li></ul>Leadership & Delivery<ul><li>12-15 years of progressive cybersecurity experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and manage cybersecurity teams and programs.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.</li></ul> Education & Certifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.</li><li>Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or SANS GIAC preferred</li></ul>Apply TodayPlease send your resume, in WORD format only and quote reference number DC13296466, by clicking the apply button.
