You will own the end-to-end preparation of consolidated financial statements, oversee annual and interim reports, and ensure timely submissions to SGX and relevant regulators. You will manage the monthly group consolidation across subsidiaries, produce the quarterly board pack, and provide technical accounting guidance on complex areas including revenue recognition and share-based payments. You will also work with external auditors, present accounting papers to the audit committee and maintain a strong internal control framework across the group.You will serve as a finance partner to the senior leadership team, supporting business strategies, potential acquisitions, as well as process and system improvement initiatives.
