The CompanyPrestigious single family office known for its strong culture, offering a unique opportunity to lead monthly consolidations and special finance projects.The RoleWe are seeking a hands-on Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager with strong group consolidation experience to support monthly close activities and drive ad hoc finance projects.<ul><li>Review and oversee full set of accounts for the family office, ensuring accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Lead group consolidation close to 100 entities in Singapore and Hong Kong, including:</li><ul><li>Review of consolidation outputs</li><li>Intercompany eliminations, FX, and policy alignment</li><li>Timely close and variance analysis</li></ul><li>Act as the consolidation subject matter expert, strengthening processes, controls, and scalability.</li><li>Review management reporting, budgets, and forecasts, providing clear insights to senior stakeholders.</li><li>Manage external audits, serving as the key point of contact, especially on consolidation matters.</li><li>Oversee treasury and banking relationships across entities.</li><li>Partner with stakeholders and mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality delivery.</li><li>Support ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives as required.</li></ul>Your Profile<ul><li>10-15 years of compliance experience</li></ul><ul><li>Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, with CPA / CA qualification preferred.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience in group consolidation, with the ability to perform as both preparer and reviewer.</li><li>Solid accounting foundation with strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.</li><li>Big 4 or audit background will be viewed favorably.</li><li>Able to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and manage stakeholders across functions and cultures.</li><li>A collaborative team player with a proactive, adaptable and solutions-oriented mindset.</li></ul>Apply TodayPlease send your resume, in WORD format only and quote reference number AW13319574, by clicking the apply button. <div>The Company Our client is a US-Listed company with diversified investment portfolio and strong presence in Asia region.</div><div> With further business expansion plans, they are currently recruiting for a Group Finance Controller to cover the regional consolidation and report for the group level and drive strategic business partnering with the internal stakeholders in the region. </div><div> </div><div>The Role </div><div>Reporting to CFO directly, you will be responsible for the group level consolidation of 20-30 entities across Asia and involved in SEC group reporting in US. You will also be the main driver for budgeting and forecasting to provide financial insights for the management team.
