The Company Our client is a leading insurance organisation undergoing a major business and technology transformation. We're looking for a hands-on IT Project Manager with a consultative mindset to bridge the gap across multiple active workstreams, driving day-to-day execution, governance, and stakeholder alignment. The Role <ul><li>Partner with the Programme Director and workstream leads to drive the successful delivery of a large-scale technology transformation programme.</li><li>Develop and manage detailed project plans across key phases, including blueprinting, testing, data migration and change management activities.</li><li>Coordinate and monitor progress across multiple workstreams, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and priorities remain on track.</li><li>Prepare and facilitate regular project and stakeholder updates, highlighting key milestones, dependencies, risks, and outstanding actions.</li><li>Proactively identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and blockers that may impact project delivery.</li><li>Maintain project governance, reporting, and documentation to ensure consistent visibility and effective decision-making.</li><li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, QA/UAT testers, developers, and business stakeholders, to drive decisions and resolve challenges.</li><li>Support resource planning and coordinate teams to ensure the appropriate capabilities are available throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Foster strong stakeholder relationships and promote effective communication across both business and technology teams.</li></ul> Your Profile <ul><li>5-8 years of project management experience.</li><li>Background in platform transformation within banking or insurance, or large-scale IT implementations.</li><li>Insurance industry experience strongly preferred; financial services background considered at minimum.</li><li>Mandarin language proficiency is a strong advantage given the regional stakeholder context.</li><li>A consultative mindset with excellent stakeholder management.</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Prior consulting experience or exposure preferred.</li><li>Comfortable working within a hybrid project methodology.</li></ul> Apply Today Please send your resume, in WORD format only and quote reference number GO13456230, by clicking the apply button.
