Champion for internal policy and procedure enhancements from effectiveness and efficiency perspective. Manage the payroll function and oversee the accounting responsibilities related to benefits administration in conjunction with the HR Team. Attend Board and sub-committee meetings as may be appropriate. Working with external advisors to devise and implement optimal tax structures for the Group and the partners. Working closely with Head of Compliance, ensure that the technological capabilities and capacities satisfy the company's needs and regulatory requirements.
