The Company We are supporting a well-established financial services organisation and seeking a Business Analyst or Business Architect for a 9-months project.This is a hands-on, execution-focused role sitting within a wider transformation team, not a project management or transformation leadership position, but a critical one. If you have solid BA or business architecture experience, enjoy working closely with stakeholders, and take pride in clear, well-structured documentation, we'd love to hear from you. The Role <ul><li>Facilitating workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders across multiple streams to gather and validate requirements.</li><li>Documenting future-state designs, process flows, operating procedures, and governance standards. The focus is on how things should work going forward, not an exhaustive mapping of how things work today.</li><li>Supporting the design and documentation of the target operating model including capability definitions, governance frameworks, and service delivery approaches.</li><li>Identifying gaps between current capabilities and future-state requirements and making clear, practical recommendations.</li><li>Working closely with outsourced partners and internal teams to make sure designs are realistic and can be implemented.</li><li>Collaborating with the Project Manager and broader transformation team to help shape and define delivery plans.
