The key responsibilities include formulating and implementing regional tax strategies, advising management on tax rule changes and impact on the Group, establishing and implementing internal policies and procedures to ensure full compliance with internal and external requirements. Ensuring full compliance with tax regulations which includes accurate, timely submission of all tax returns in jurisdictions assigned (including Singapore). Undertaking transfer pricing documentation to ensure compliance with local practices. Ensuring accuracy of tax provisions and disclosures for Group entities in Singapore and other jurisdictions as required at regular financial reporting cycles. Supporting the Head of Tax in managing the team and providing guidance to junior team members.
