Due to evolving business needs, we are actively recruiting for a Treasury Manager to be part of the established business in Singapore.</p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><p>Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for directing and managing all treasury activities for the Company, including corporate banking and debt management, daily cash flow positioning, ensuring sufficient funds for smooth operation, reporting, reconciliation of bank accounts, troubleshooting of daily transaction issues and execution of foreign currency deals. Oversee day-to-day cash and manage treasury functions to ensure smooth group finance</p><p>and trade operations, including cash flow positioning, loan drawdowns, FX exposure hedging,</p><p>movement of funds, wire transfers, daily cash settlements, reconciliation of cash balances,</p><p>exception investigations, issue resolution and account follow-up as required. Direct cash management and borrowing strategies, providing insight and recommendations to improve working capital and reducing cost of funding where possible. Execute effective hedging strategy and analysis in accordance with risk management policy to minimize FX exposure risk. Support to develop, implement and communicate global cash management policies and procedures, identifying strategic needs based on a global liquidity assessment, pursuing and evaluating best practices for funding and capital management.<br /><br /><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><p>To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy/Finance with minimum 7 years of relevant treasury experience across mid-large sized MNCs. It is essential to have strong knowledge in cash and debt management, FX and hedging. They are currently recruiting for a driven Regional Senior Finance Manager to drive FP&A and business partnering for their continuous growth plan in the Middle East and South Asia regions. This is a strategic business partnering role working directly with c-suit stakeholders.<br /><br /><br /><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role<br /><br /></span></strong>Reporting to the CFO and Head of finance, you will be taking charge of management reporting, budgeting and forecasting for the Middle East and South Asia region. You will also be highly involved in supporting investment opportunities such as building financial modelling, investment analysis etc. You will work closely with C-Suit senior stakeholders to perform business reviews and support strategic business plans and investment decisions. This role may require travelling of 20-30% in the region. Most interestingly, this role is part of the global mobility program for future finance leaders.
