They are currently seeking a Tax Manager to join their Finance Team.<br /><br /><br /><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong> <br /><br />Coordinate and work with external tax agent/consultants on</p><ul><li>Preparation of Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI) filings for the brokerage entity</li><li>Preparation of corporate income tax computations and Form C / Form C-S / Form C-S (Lite) submissions</li><li>Preparation of annual report under MAS Financial Sector Incentive scheme</li><li>Assess tax treatment of commission income and fee expenses, trading gains and losses, interest income and expenses, and other related revenues/expenses for tax reporting accuracy</li><li>Ensure proper tax treatment of foreign-sourced income and withholding tax exposure (if applicable)</li><li>Liaise with IRAS on assessments, audits, queries, and tax incentives or concessions</li><li>Monitor changes in Singapore tax regulations impacting capital markets activities</li><li>Coordinate and work with internal stakeholders (e.g. Group Tax team and Product team), as well as external tax agent/consultants on preparation and submission of annual CRS returns to IRAS within prescribed deadlines for a Reporting Singapore Financial Institution</li><li>Provide advisory support to internal Client Service team on tax and CRS implications of new products or trading services, new clients or jurisdictions, or changes in business or operating models; Support business expansion, cross-border activities, and onboarding of foreign clients from a tax and CRS perspective</li></ul><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><br />Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>Minimally 3 years of Corporate Tax experience</li><li>Strong Senior stakeholder management skills</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Singapore Corporate Income Tax, GST, Withholding Tax, CRS and a foundational understanding of Transfer Pricing</li></ul><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><br />Apply Today<br /><br /></span></strong>Please send your resume, in WORD format only and quote reference number <strong>LT13370385</strong>, by clicking the apply button.
