The Company We are seeking a motivated Java Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience in financial services technology. The role will focus on designing, developing, and supporting trading system infrastructure across digital assets, integration with custodians, middle and middle office systems while also offering exposure to emerging digital trading platforms. The Company We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer to join the technology team of a major commodities trading business. This role will lead the design and development of key back-office systems spanning finance, treasury, settlements, and regulatory reporting across the full physical and financial trade lifecycle. You'll set the direction for the development backlog, act as a trusted technical advisor to the business, and lead a team delivering solutions that keep back-office operations accurate, compliant, and efficient.
