The business is focused on delivering sophisticated investment solutions and is committed to continued growth, innovation, and excellence in client outcomes.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Chief Investment Officer / Investment Director to join the investment team and play a key role in shaping portfolio strategy and driving investment performance. <ul><li>Take ownership of discretionary and advisory portfolios across global equities, fixed income, and multi-asset strategies.</li><li>Lead portfolio construction, asset allocation, and investment decision-making processes.</li><li>Monitor portfolio performance and implement portfolio adjustments to optimize risk-adjusted returns.</li><li>Conduct investment research, manager due diligence, and market analysis.</li><li>Present investment recommendations and portfolio reviews to sophisticated clients and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Partner closely with relationship managers and advisors to deliver tailored investment solutions.</li><li>Contribute to investment governance, risk management, and compliance processes.</li><li>Drive enhancements to investment frameworks, reporting capabilities, and research methodologies.</li><li>Represent the investment function in selected client meetings and industry engagements.</li><li>Play an active role in building and strengthening the firm's investment platform.</li><li>This is a highly visible front-office opportunity offering genuine portfolio ownership, significant decision-making responsibility, and exposure to sophisticated client mandates.</li></ul>Your Profile<ul><li>12-18 years of investment management, portfolio management, or multi-asset investing experience.</li><li>Proven discretionary portfolio management experience with authority over investment decisions and asset allocation.</li><li>Demonstrated P&L ownership with direct accountability for portfolio performance and investment outcomes.</li><li>Strong expertise in portfolio construction, strategic asset allocation, and risk management.</li><li>Experience managing portfolios across equities, fixed income, and multi-asset strategies.</li><li>Track record of overseeing meaningful assets under management and contributing to investment committee decisions.</li><li>Experience gained within private banks, asset managers, family offices, wealth managers, or institutional investment platforms.</li><li>Proven ability to succeed in both large organizations and lean, entrepreneurial environments, with a hands-on approach and strong ownership mentality.</li><li>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills, with the ability to articulate investment views confidently.</li></ul>Apply TodayPlease send your resume, in WORD format only and quote reference number AW13290248, by clicking the apply button. Currently they are expanding their team, in search of a Policy Services (HNW), Senior Executive.The Role<ul><li>Provide high-quality operational support and service to internal departments, intermediaries, and clients.</li><li>Process new insurance applications and policy servicing requests, including due diligence checks such as name screening, public domain searches, AMU/KYC checks, and remediation activities to understand and justify customers' Source of Wealth (SOW).</li><li>Perform accurate data entry for insurance applications and post-sales transactions.</li><li>Liaise with custodian banks on account openings and related account matters.</li><li>Manage the Customer Service mailbox and respond promptly to various correspondence, including faxes, letters, and emails, as well as handle compliant correspondence and resolutions.</li><li>Review client documentation to ensure completeness and support appropriate risk assessment.</li><li>Handle enquiries relating to insurance products and services from internal departments, intermediaries, and clients.</li><li>Prepare management reports and provide relevant administrative support.</li><li>Assist with special projects and perform other administrative duties as required.</li></ul>Your Profile<ul><li>Minimum 5 years in policy servicing in the insurance industry, preferably with a High-Net-Worth insurance provider</li><li>Past working experience with High-Net-Worth (HNW) Clients</li><li>Good Technical CDD/ AML knowledge will be an added advantage</li><li>An independent and detailed-oriented team player who works well with its stakeholders</li></ul>Apply TodayPlease send your resume, in WORD format only and quote reference number <a href="https://rh.my.salesforce.com/a1GVT000008FAvJ?srPos=0&srKp=a1G">JA13515671</a>, by clicking the apply button.
