Ensure the BUs comply with conditions imposed in order to enjoy the incentives provided. Drive optimal outcomes for tax controversy and/or dispute resolutions. Track new tax developments, evaluate implications to existing and future businesses, and deliver clear insights to management. Simplify group structure through regular group-wide reviews to optimize corporate structures taking into consideration new national and global tax policy developments.
