<div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Company<br /><br /></span></strong>We are seeking a skilled Power BI Data Analyst to support our client, a leading player in the product design industry, to elevate their business intelligence capabilities across the APAC region.<br /><br />This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data visualization, data modelling, and stakeholder collaboration.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><br /><br />The Role</span></strong></div><div style="text-align: justify;"> </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><ul><li>Design, build, and maintain user-friendly Power BI dashboards and reports for various business functions.</li><li>Optimize data models and report performance for scalability, responsiveness, and usability across executive and regional teams.</li><li>Develop advanced DAX measures and Power Query (M) transformations to support complex business rules and KPIs.</li><li>Collaborate with the Data Architect and cross-functional teams to align on data modelling, governance, and architecture best practices.</li><li>Maintain and enhance Power BI data models and views in line with organizational standards.</li><li>Support the creation of tables and materialized/standard views within Snowflake's gold layer for efficient data processing.</li><li>Perform regular data quality checks and implement validation rules to ensure data accuracy across dashboards.</li><li>Monitor dashboard performance and troubleshoot data or reporting issues proactively.</li><li>Document data flows, transformation logic, and dashboard configurations for version control and knowledge sharing.</li><li>Deliver training, technical support, and knowledge transfer sessions to internal stakeholders across APAC.</li><li>Contribute to agile project delivery and continuously improve BI assets based on business feedback.</li></ul></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><br />Your Profile</span></strong></div><div style="text-align: justify;"> </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><ul><li>Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.</li><li>3-4+ years of hands-on experience delivering end-to-end Power BI solutions.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop and Service, including publishing and workspace management.</li><li>Advanced skills in DAX and Power Query (M) for building KPIs and complex data transformations.</li><li>Solid understanding of data modelling concepts (fact/dimension schemas) and data warehouse structures.</li><li>Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries, preferably for Snowflake.</li><li>Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail in data accuracy and dashboard design.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement, training, and support.</li></ul></div><div style="text-align: justify;"> </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today<br /><br /></span></strong>Please send your resume, in WORD format only and quote reference number <strong>DC</strong><strong>13257408</strong>, by clicking the apply button.
