<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Company</span></strong></p><p>A well-established facilities management company is currently seeking a Payroll Manager to join its dynamic team.<br /> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee the end-to-end payroll function for a workforce of over 800 employees in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for a large blue-collar workforce, while maintaining compliance with statutory and employment regulations. In addition to payroll, the successful candidate will manage compensation and benefits administration, coordinate the company's performance management process, oversee work pass applications and renewals for foreign employees, and support continuous improvements in HR operations and payroll systems. <br /> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><p>The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline, with at least 8 years of relevant experience in payroll and HR operations, including several years in a supervisory or managerial capacity. You should have proven experience managing high-volume payroll for a workforce of 800 or more employees, preferably within the facilities management, construction, manufacturing, or other labour-intensive industries. Strong knowledge of payroll administration, employment legislation, statutory compliance, compensation and benefits, and performance management, is essential.
