This leadership role will be instrumental in driving enterprise-wide security initiatives and establishing a security-first culture across the organization.<br /><br /><br /><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Responsibilities</span></strong><br /><ul><li>Develop and execute the organization's cybersecurity strategy, roadmap, and security transformation initiatives.</li><li>Lead information security governance, risk management, compliance, and security assurance programs.</li><li>Define and maintain security policies, standards, and control frameworks aligned with industry best practices.</li><li>Oversee security operations, vulnerability management, incident response, and cyber resilience activities.</li><li>Drive cloud security, infrastructure security, application security, and identity &amp; access management initiatives.</li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and customer security requirements.</li><li>Manage cybersecurity risk assessments, remediation programs, and third-party security risk reviews.</li><li>Lead security audits, certifications, and compliance activities, including ISO 27001 and other relevant frameworks.</li><li>Partner with business and technology stakeholders to embed security controls into operational processes and technology initiatives.</li><li>Provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations on security risks, threats, and program performance to senior leadership.</li><li>Manage cybersecurity budgets, vendor relationships, and security improvement programs.</li><li>Foster security awareness and a strong security culture across the organization.</li></ul><br /><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Requirements</span></strong><br /><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.</li><li>Minimum 12 years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, technology risk, or related leadership roles.</li><li>Proven track record leading enterprise security programs and cybersecurity transformation initiatives.</li><li>Strong experience in security governance, cyber risk management, compliance, and audit management.</li><li>Experience managing security incidents, remediation programs, and security improvement initiatives.</li><li>Strong knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, and related standards.</li><li>Experience across multiple security domains, including Security Operations, Cloud Security, IAM, Data Protection, Third-Party Risk Management, and Security Governance.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to engage executive stakeholders and influence business decisions.</li><li>Industry experience within logistics, supply chain, transportation, manufacturing, or other operationally complex environments will be advantageous.</li><li>Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, or CCSP are highly preferred.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.</li></ul><br /><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today<br /></span></strong><br />Please send your resume, in WORD format only and quote reference number <strong>DC13464752</strong>, by clicking the apply button.
