Junior Software Engineer job qualifications and requirements

A degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field is required.Requirements include:0–2 years’ experience in software development or graduate-level project workBasic understanding of software development principles and modern programming languages (e.g. JavaScript, Python, Java, C#)Familiarity with version control systems such as GitAwareness of New Zealand privacy and cybersecurity best practices in software developmentEagerness to learn, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detailEffective communication and teamwork skills within agile or collaborative environments
