<p>Responsibilities: </p><p><strong>Budget Management &amp; Reporting</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure the integrity of data and produce financial reports related to Cloud &amp; AI budgets.</li><li>Collaborate with financial analysts from IT (Enterprise Technology) as well as Cloud &amp; AI Strategy &amp; Operations to ensure proper financial alignment.</li></ul><p><strong>Chargeback Engineering &amp; Execution</strong></p><ul><li>Design, sustain, and execute cost chargeback systems for Stargate and Enterprise AI (including cloud services and licenses).</li><li>Create and update datasets and data models essential for chargeback processes.</li><li>Guarantee data accuracy and traceability to maintain financial accountability.</li></ul><p><strong>Analytics &amp; Visualization</strong></p><ul><li>Develop dashboards and reports to oversee budget management processes (A) and chargeback activities (B).</li><li>Deliver actionable insights based on data analysis for cost allocation, performance optimization, and informed decision-making.</li></ul><p><strong>Cross-functional Collaboration</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with BizOps executives, engineers, and analysts throughout Cloud &amp; AI to synchronize financial and technical workflows.</li><li>Serve as an intermediary between Finance, Engineering, and Business Operations teams to facilitate effective FinOps practices.</li></ul><p><strong>Technical / Data Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Solid expertise in data engineering and analysis, particularly in cloud-related contexts.</li><li>Advanced skills in SQL and Python, along with a working knowledge of data warehousing methodologies.</li><li>Hands-on familiarity with a leading cloud platform (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP).</li><li>Understanding of data pipelines and visualization tools, preferably including DBT, Snowflake, and Power BI.</li></ul><p>Place to work: Tokyo</p><p>Reference No.: 06940-0013310512</p><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
