Personal Information Collection Statement (PICS)

In collecting and processing your personal information, it is the policy of Robert Half Hong Kong Limited (“we”, “us”, “our” or “Robert Half”) to comply with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486). The personal information collected from you will be used for the purpose(s) of marketing our services to you, and other purposes, if any, as you consent to from time to time.

For the purpose of marketing our services to you, as outlined on our Subscribe to the Robert Half newsletter page, we intend to use the personal information you have given us for direct marketing. We may not use your personal information unless we have received your consent.

We may share some of your personal information with our affiliates and group companies which may use and process your personal Information for such purpose(s).

Make a data subject access request to access your personal information at any time. This enables you to receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you and to check that we are lawfully processing it.

Request correction of the personal information that we hold about you. This enables you to have any incomplete or inaccurate personal information we hold about you corrected, although we may need to verify the accuracy of the new data you provide to us.

You can exercise your right to prevent such processing by indicating that you do not consent to direct marketing at the point at which we collect your personal information. You can also exercise the right at any time after we have collected and used your personal information for direct marketing purposes by following the opt-out instructions contained in the relevant communications or unsubscribing here.

Withdraw consent at any time where we are relying on your consent to process your personal information. However, this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdraw your consent. If you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to provide certain services to you. We will advise you if this is the case at the time you withdraw your consent.
