- <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Company</span></strong></p><p>Our client is a start-up fast growing company providing long term and short term accommodation, we are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to support the company growth. </p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><ul><li>Conduct in-person and virtual property viewings in Mandarin or English, showcasing key facilities and matching prospective residents with the most suitable room options based on their needs and move-in plans.</li><li>Respond promptly to enquiries, manage follow-ups through preferred communication channels, and convert leads into bookings by delivering a seamless customer experience.</li><li>Guide students and parents through the reservation process, including booking procedures, documentation requirements, and cross-border payment arrangements.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with housing agency partners, providing timely updates on room availability, property information, promotional materials, and commission tracking.</li><li>Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring all leads, sources, and sales stages are updated while monitoring conversion trends and customer feedback.</li><li>Support leasing operations, including move-ins, open-house events, resident engagement activities, and reporting insights to improve occupancy and overall customer satisfaction.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor degree in marketing or any relevant background</li><li>Solid experience in working in service apartment, hospitality, real estate industry</li><li>Proactive, driven attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin</li><li>Immediate available is a big plus</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today </span></strong></p><p>To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
