The Role<ul><li>Lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and offboarding processes.</li><li>Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR advisory, workforce planning, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives that support business objectives.</li><li>Drive the end-to-end revamp of the Compensation & Benefits framework, including salary benchmarking, job grading, benefits review, incentive schemes, and policy enhancement to improve competitiveness and internal equity.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local employment legislation, company policies, and HR governance standards while managing employee records, contracts, and HR audits.</li><li>Oversee HR operations and HRIS administration, continuously improving processes, workflows, and reporting capabilities to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.</li><li>Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives that foster a high-performance culture, strengthen employee retention, and support organizational growth and transformation.</li></ul> Your Profile <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Solid work experience in handling HR operations and management, ideally within HK based property industry.</li><li>Proven understanding of Hong Kong labor laws and HR best practices.</li><li>Experience liaising with multiple internal stakeholders to coordinate HR cycles and reporting.</li><li>Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) is a must.</li></ul> Apply Today To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
