Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's vision and goals.</li><li>Advise the CEO and Board on financial planning, risk management, and capital allocation.</li><li>Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.</li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.</li><li>Lead the end-to-end IPO process, including financial due diligence, prospectus preparation, and coordination with investment banks, auditors, and legal advisors.</li><li>Establish robust governance and reporting structures to meet public company standards.</li><li>Implement internal controls and risk management frameworks.</li><li>Manage audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.</li><li>Optimize capital structure and manage liquidity to support growth initiatives.</li><li>Drive fundraising efforts, including pre-IPO financing and post-listing capital strategies.</li></ul> Your Profile<ul><li>Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related subject</li><li>CPA qualified</li><li>Within 16 years of total work experience in finance</li><li>With Big4 audit background is preferred</li><li>Proven track record in IPO execution, capital markets, and investor relations.</li><li>Relevant industry background is a must</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset. The Role *Support day-to-day investment asset operations - IFRS 9 reporting, including valuation updates, investment clearing, and back-office processing to ensure smooth and accurate operations. * Lead timely and accurate month-end closing for investment assets, including preparation of investment accounting entries, manual journals, fund unit reconciliations, bank/cash settlement reconciliations, and other closing activities. * Prepare comprehensive investment asset reports for the Company and Group levels to meet internal, group, and regulatory reporting requirements, while supporting external audits and compliance. * Collaborate closely with the Investment Team, and other stakeholders to provide expert support and foster cross-functional alignment. * Assist in developing and regularly reviewing investment back-office policies and procedures to ensure they align with company needs and effectively mitigate risks. * Support business performance evaluation, new business planning, strategic initiatives, and project delivery by providing investment-related financial analysis and recommendations. * Contribute to the annual business planning and quarterly forecasting processes with accurate investment inputs. * Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis, identify key trends, and prepare insightful reports to enable data-driven decision-making by senior management. * Perform quarterly control self-assessments (CSA) and policy submissions to maintain strong compliance and risk management standards. * Conduct market research and evaluation of investment back-office systems and tools; lead the implementation or enhancement of suitable solutions at the right time.
