FCC Manager - Contract
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Company</span></strong></p><p>Our client a well-known financial institution organization is seeking an experienced 2nd Line of defence FCC Manager to join our growing risk and compliance team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting and strengthening our financial crime compliance (FCC) framework, focusing on STR management, alert investigation, FCC oversight, and leading remediation projects.</p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><ul><li>Oversee and enhance STR (Suspicious Transaction Reporting) processes, ensuring regulatory deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.</li><li>Manage and review FCC-related alerts, triaging and escalating issues as required.</li><li>Collaborate with 1st line teams to ensure effective controls and robust documentation.</li><li>Lead or support FCC remediation initiatives, spearheading gap analysis, corrective actions, and process improvements.</li><li>Conduct ongoing risk assessments and advise on the implementation of FCC policies and procedures.</li><li>Prepare detailed reports for management and regulatory bodies.</li><li>Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and ongoing awareness.</li><li>Provide training and guidance to junior team members and stakeholders.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or related field</li><li>Significant experience in 7 to 10 years with proven experience in financial crime compliance within banking, financial services, insurance or related sectors.</li><li>Strong knowledge of STR management, alert monitoring, and investigative techniques.</li><li>Demonstrated project management experience in FCC remediation or similar compliance projects.</li><li>Solid understanding of relevant financial crime regulations and best practices.</li><li>Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today </span></strong></p><p>To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
