<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Company</span></strong></p><p>The HR Manager is responsible for leading and managing the full spectrum of HR functions across HK and TW regions. Key responsibilities include overseeing HR operations, payroll, benefits administration, employee lifecycle management, HR reporting and analytics, and audit processes, while ensuring compliance with all local labor laws and regulations. </p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><ul><li><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"> </span></strong>Lead and manage the HR operation for Hong Kong and Taiwan, ensuring seamless support to business stakeholders.</li><li>Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, onboarding, development, performance management, and offboarding.</li><li>Manage payroll, compensation, benefits administration, and HRIS to ensure accurate and timely execution.</li><li>Prepare and manage HR budgets, collaborate with Finance Controller (FC) on financial processes such as budgeting and forecasting.</li><li>Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, providing guidance and best practices on HR matters.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Solid work experience in handling HR operations and management, ideally within multinational corporations.</li><li>Proven understanding of Hong Kong and Taiwan labor laws and HR best practices.</li><li>Experience liaising with multiple internal stakeholders to coordinate HR cycles and reporting.</li><li>Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) is a must.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today </span></strong></p><p>To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
