This role will ensure timely, accurate financial information, strengthen internal controls, and deliver improvements through financial system projects.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>The Role</strong></span></p><ul><li>Prepare, review, and deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).</li><li>Lead the month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, and variance analysis.</li><li>Produce management reporting and dashboards to support operational and executive decision-making (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, KPI reporting).</li><li>Coordinate and own financial forecasting, budgeting, and rolling forecasts; provide scenario analysis and commentary.</li><li>Implement, configure, and optimize financial systems and modules.</li><li>Partner with IT and external consultants to define requirements, lead user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure successful deployment of system upgrades or new financial modules.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Your Profile</strong></span></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CMA, or equivalent preferred.</li><li>7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience; experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain industries highly desirable.</li><li>Proven experience leading financial system implementations (e.g., Cargowise, Sun system).</li><li>Strong technical skills in financial reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and accounting systems.</li><li>Deep knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), month-end close, consolidation, intercompany accounting, and fixed asset/inventory accounting.</li><li>Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; ability to translate technical requirements for non-finance audiences.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff.</li><li>Immediate availability is highly preferred</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today </span></strong></p><p>To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
