- <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>The Company</strong></span><br />Leading insurance company headquartered in Hong Kong, known for its tech-enabled platform.</p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>The Role</strong></span></p><ul><li>Gather, analyze and document business requirements for digital transformation and system enhancement projects, and prepare related user requirements and user stories.</li><li>Work closely with business users, IT teams and vendors to translate business needs into system solutions that align with business objectives and operational requirements.</li><li>Develop UAT plans and test scenarios to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).</li><li>Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements and expected outcomes for successful project delivery.</li><li>Support project implementation, production rollout, user training, post-implementation review and continuous process improvement initiatives.</li></ul><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Your Profile</strong></span></p><ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, System Implementation or Digital Transformation projects.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at different levels.</li><li>Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.</li><li>Experience in large-scale digital transformation projects is preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of the insurance industry, agency onboarding journey, licensing and contracting processes will be a distinct advantage.</li></ul><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Apply Today</strong></span><br />To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
