- <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Company</span></strong></p><p>We are seeking a <strong>Payroll Officer</strong> with <strong>1-2 years</strong> of working experience to support end-to-end payroll operations. The successful candidate will assist with processing payroll, handling statutory requirements, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery.</p><p> </p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>The Role</strong></span></p><ul><li><strong>Payroll processing</strong></li><ul><li>Assist in preparing and processing payroll accurately and on schedule.</li><li>Verify attendance/time records, overtime, allowances, and deductions.</li><li>Support calculations for salary adjustments, arrears, bonuses, and reimbursements.</li></ul><li><strong>Data management & record keeping</strong></li><ul><li>Maintain payroll spreadsheets and records; ensure data accuracy and completeness.</li><li>Update employee master data (hire/termination changes) in HR/payroll systems (where applicable).</li></ul><li><strong>Statutory & compliance support</strong></li><ul><li>Support the preparation of statutory filings and documentation (as assigned).</li><li>Ensure payroll calculations align with relevant employment and tax requirements.</li></ul><li><strong>Employee support</strong></li><ul><li>Respond to payroll queries from employees regarding payslips, deductions, and payments.</li><li>Support onboarding/offboarding payroll-related tasks.</li></ul><li><strong>Reconciliation & control</strong></li><ul><li>Assist with payroll reconciliations (e.g., payroll vs bank payments, accruals where needed).</li><li>Review payroll outputs for accuracy; flag discrepancies.</li></ul><li><strong>Ad hoc tasks</strong></li><ul><li>Support month-end/year-end close activities related to payroll and expenses.</li><li>Assist with reporting and internal audits as required.</li></ul></ul><p> </p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Your Profile</strong></span></p><ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline</li></ul><ul><li><strong>1-2 years</strong> of payroll experience (or equivalent in-house payroll / payroll outsourcing support).</li><li>Proficient in <strong>Excel</strong> (vlookups/xlookup, pivot tables preferred).</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.</li><li>Good communication skills and a service-minded attitude</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today </span></strong></p><p>To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
