The Role<ul><li>Lead the delivery of finance system enhancement and transformation projects, from business requirement analysis through to implementation and post-go-live support.</li><li>Provide leadership and oversight to Business Analysts and project team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project standards.</li><li>Drive solution design workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to streamline finance processes across premium collection, reconciliation, financial reporting, and regulatory control functions.</li><li>Establish and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, and operational procedures.</li><li>Oversee UAT activities by reviewing test strategies, validating test scenarios, monitoring defect resolution, and ensuring successful deployment readiness.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact between Finance, IT, and Life Operations, facilitating effective communication and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Support change management and user adoption by providing guidance, training, and post-implementation support to business users.</li></ul> Your Profile<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Finance Systems, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities. Financial services industry experience and familiarity with AML, compliance, or regulatory reporting requirements will be an advantage.</li><li>Proven track record leading finance system implementation, transformation, or process improvement projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation support.</li><li>Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team supervision skills.</li><li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project coordination abilities.</li></ul> Apply Today To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
