- <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>The Company</strong></span><br />Our client is a well-established insurance company with a strong market presence, committed to delivering reliable and customer-focused insurance solutions.</p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role<br /></span></strong></p><ul><li>Lead the delivery of digital products, platforms, and transformation initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation and post-production support, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and quality expectations.</li><li>Define delivery approaches, manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, and change requests, while maintaining effective governance and project documentation.</li><li>Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, UI/UX teams, IT, and external vendors to drive alignment, communication, and project execution.</li><li>Oversee SIT, UAT, release readiness, and launch activities, ensuring issues are tracked, prioritized, and resolved in a timely manner.</li><li>Prepare management reports, maintain project dashboards and delivery artefacts, and support operational readiness, training coordination, and onboarding activities.</li></ul><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Your Profile</strong></span></p><ul><li>5+ years of technology delivery and digital project management experience within insurance or financial services.</li><li>Strong understanding of the end-to-end project delivery lifecycle, from requirements through implementation and support.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Agile/hybrid methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.</li><li>Proven stakeholder management skills, working closely with business users, IT teams, vendors, and governance bodies.</li><li>Strong ownership mindset with solid problem-solving skills; PMP and Scrum certifications are highly preferred.</li></ul><p><br /><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Apply Today</strong></span><br />To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
