Overview Responsible for reviewing and approving customer onboarding, periodic reviews, and trigger event CDD cases, ensuring compliance with AML/CFT regulations, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Review and approve corporate onboarding, periodic review, and trigger event CDD/EDD cases.</li><li>Ensure compliance with AML, FATCA, CRS, sanctions screening, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Approve high-risk customer cases and screening alerts.</li><li>Develop and maintain CDD policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.</li><li>Review regulatory updates, perform gap analysis, and implement process enhancements.</li><li>Support audits, regulatory reviews, system enhancements, UAT, and digital transformation initiatives.</li><li>Liaise with Compliance, Risk, Operations, branches, auditors, and regulators on AML/CDD matters.</li><li>Provide guidance to team members and support ad hoc projects.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Degree holder with AML qualification (CAMLP, AAMLP, ACAMS, or equivalent).</li><li>8+ years of banking experience in AML/CDD, including onboarding and/or ongoing CDD reviews.</li><li>Strong knowledge of HKMA AML requirements, corporate customer due diligence, and risk assessment.</li><li>Solid understanding of banking products, operations, and regulatory standards.</li><li>Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.</li><li>Proficient in English and Chinese; knowledge of SQL, VBA/Macro, or AI tools is an advantage.</li></ul>Apply Today To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
