To cope with their business expansion, they are looking for an Investment Director to join their finance team.</p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><ul><li>Lead the end-to-end investment process, encompassing deal sourcing, due diligence, legal documentation, and portfolio management.</li><li>Drive deal sourcing initiatives through thematic research, ecosystem cultivation, and partnership development.</li><li>Supervise team members in conducting commercial, technical, financial, and legal due diligence for both direct and fund investments.</li><li>Oversee deal negotiation, structuring, and documentation.</li><li>Manage and monitor the relevant investment portfolio.</li><li>Execute additional activities related to investment, commercialization, and business alliances.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>Graduated in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
