ServiceNow) for add/move/change requests and BAU support</li><li>Maintain and enhance service request forms, workflows, reporting, and automation</li><li>Monitor service request processes, identify gaps, and drive fixes/improvements</li><li>Coordinate IT disaster recovery (DR) drills</li><li>Manage and track IT release calendar and communications</li><li>Oversee release activities and coordinate with app, infra, and security teams to ensure smooth execution</li></ul> Your Profile<ul><li>Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related</li><li>3+ years in IT operations (financial/banking preferred)</li><li>Solid knowledge of ITIL (change, incident, problem management)</li><li>Hands-on experience with ServiceNow</li><li>Exposure to ITSM processes, service requests, release, and automation tools is a plus</li><li>Experience in workflow/automation or DR drills is an advantage</li><li>Strong coordination and communication skills across stakeholders</li><li>Willing to provide occasional after-hours support</li></ul> Apply Today To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
