- <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Company</span></strong></p><p>Our client is looking for a dedicated Claims Officer to join a dynamic medical insurance claims team. This role is responsible for assessing and processing medical and hospitalization claims while ensuring compliance with policy terms, service standards, and regulatory requirements.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><ul><li>Review and assess medical, hospitalization, outpatient, surgical, and critical illness claims.</li><li>Verify claim documents, medical reports, invoices, and supporting records for claim eligibility.</li><li>Adjudicate claims accurately in accordance with policy provisions and company guidelines.</li><li>Liaise with policyholders, agents, brokers, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders on claim enquiries.</li><li>Support process improvement initiatives and participate in UAT testing or system enhancement projects when required.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>Degree holder with minimum 2 years with relevant experience in medical insurance claims.</li><li>Knowledge of medical insurance products, claims assessment, and policy coverage</li><li>Ability to interpret medical reports, diagnoses, and treatment information is an advantage.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.</li><li>Good communication skills in English and Chinese.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today </span></strong></p><p>To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
