- <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>The Company</strong></span><br />Our client is a well-established insurance company with a strong market presence, committed to delivering reliable and customer-focused insurance solutions.</p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>The Role</strong></span></p><ul><li>Lead the end-to-end implementation and migration of a new Learning Management System (LMS).</li><li>Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues and overall project delivery.</li><li>Oversee data migration, SIT/UAT, cutover, go-live and post-implementation activities.</li><li>Manage external vendors and cross-functional stakeholders across Business, Training, IT and Operations.</li><li>Drive change management, user training and adoption of the new LMS.</li></ul><p><br /><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Your Profile</strong></span></p><ul><li>Proven experience leading end-to-end LMS implementation and migration projects.</li><li>Strong project management experience in system migration and new system rollout.</li><li>Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience.</li><li>Knowledge of learning technologies, training administration and data migration.</li><li>Insurance/financial services and Learning & Development experience is highly preferred, particularly in training, licensing, CPD/MPF or agency training environments.</li></ul><p><br /><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Apply Today</strong></span> <br />To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
