The Role* Key Responsibilities: * Lead the development and execution of the company's financial strategy. * Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting. * Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and tax requirements, particularly in digital finance. * Support fundraising initiatives and investor relations activities. * Manage relationships with auditors, regulators, banks, and key stakeholders. * Build and lead a high-performing finance team. * Provide strategic input to the CEO and Board on financial planning, expansion, and growth opportunities. * Monitor and manage financial risks, including exposure to digital assets and cross-border transactions. * Implement and optimize financial systems and controls. Your Profile* Proven experience as CFO or senior finance executive in a fintech, digital wallet, or financial services company. * Strong knowledge of financial regulations, especially within virtual assets and digital payments. * CPA, CFA, or relevant professional certification preferred. * Experience in fundraising, mergers & acquisitions, and investor relations. * Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and analytical skills. * Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
