Due to team expansion, they are seeking a Company Secretarial Officer to join their corporate secretarial function. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to develop their career within a reputable and stable organization.</p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><ul><li>Support the delivery of company secretarial services for a portfolio of Hong Kong incorporated entities.</li><li>Prepare board resolutions, minutes, annual returns and other statutory filings.</li><li>Maintain statutory records and ensure compliance with Companies Ordinance and other regulatory requirements.</li><li>Coordinate board meetings and assist with corporate governance matters.</li><li>Liaise with internal stakeholders, external advisors and regulatory bodies.</li><li>Assist in company incorporation, deregistration and corporate restructuring exercises.</li><li>Monitor filing deadlines and ensure timely completion of all compliance requirements.</li><li>Support ad hoc projects and assignments as required.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor Degree holder</li><li>At least 2 years of company secretarial experience.
