They are looking for someone with solid Expense Management and Finance Project.</p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><ul><li>Own the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes with a focus on <strong>operational expenses and distribution channel commissions</strong>.</li><li>Conduct detailed variance analysis, providing clear insights into financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior years.</li><li>Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to assess channel profitability, product line performance, and the financial impact of strategic initiatives.</li><li>Partner closely with Distribution, Actuarial, and Operational teams to understand drivers of commission structures and operational costs.</li><li>Lead and participate in <strong>financial transformation projects</strong>, identifying opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains in reporting and analysis.</li><li>Design and implement <strong>automated dashboards and reporting tools</strong>(e.g., using Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel/Power Query) to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.</li><li>Prepare high-quality management reports and presentations for the Executive Committee and Board, translating complex data into compelling narratives.</li><li>Drive a culture of financial discipline and continuous improvement within the organization.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CPA, CFA, or MBA is highly preferred.</li><li><strong>Proven expertise in expense analysis and distribution channel commission</strong>structures is a <strong>MUST</strong>.</li><li>Demonstrated track record in leading <strong>process automation and financial transformation initiatives</strong>.</li><li>Strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.</li><li>Proactive, solution-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today </span></strong></p><p>To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
