<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Company</span></strong></p><p>Our client is one of the largest corporations publicly listed in Hong Kong.</p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain the <strong>project management governance</strong> and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness and ensure alignment with the strategic objectives of the IT Department</li><li>Optimise the <strong>strategic planning of IT financial management and processes</strong>: budget management, cost optimisation, and investment in technologies</li><li>Ensure resource availability and allocation, manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs efficiently</li><li>Measure project performance to monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify variance, and perform required corrective actions</li><li>Generate and deliver comprehensive project reports and presentations to senior management detailing project status, risks, issues, and proposed solutions.</li><li>Coordinate internal resources and third parties and vendors for the flawless execution of projects.</li><li>Support the review of IT procurement and contract management as well as vendor management to determine areas for optimisation, propose and develop solutions for process improvement and streamlining</li><li>Manage the risk tracking process and work with other managers to proactively address potential issues in a timely manner.</li><li>Provide decision support and recommendations to senior management through insights and analysis from project data</li><li>Facilitate the sharing of best practices across project teams and ensure all project documentation is appropriately archived following project completion</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management roles with at least 4 years in a PMO leadership position</li><li>Proven track record in project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2 certification is preferred)</li><li>Experience in process improvement initiatives and change management planning and execution</li><li>Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and key financial metrics for IT Projects</li><li>Excellent command of both English and Chinese a <strong>MUST</strong></li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today </span></strong></p><p>To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
