Create a focused interview schedule
Next, our consultants coordinate a focused interview schedule with 30-minutes-interviews each – virtually or in our offices. You will meet up to six pre-qualified candidates consecutively for interviews, all of whom will match your company's unique hiring needs.
Decide the best candidates
Lastly, as soon as the interviews are complete, you decide which of the candidates you would like to meet again and we schedule more in-depth, follow-up interviews.
