This position will coordinate and guide stakeholder sessions, collect and synthesize business and data needs, design improved future workflows, and ensure business requirements are addressed through solution rollout. The successful candidate will demonstrate advanced expertise in financial planning and consolidation, strong leadership in workshops, and hands-on familiarity with contemporary EPM platforms.</p><p> </p><p>Your Responsibilities will be:</p><p><strong>Workshop Leadership & Planning:</strong></p><ul><li>Craft structured sessions with clear goals, agendas, and supporting materials.</li><li>Facilitate conversations to uncover, record, and evaluate current processes and challenges.</li><li>Create visual process diagrams, define data structures, draft user stories, and develop initial prototypes.</li><li>Determine roles and security requirements to ensure proper controls and audit readiness.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements Elicitation & Documentation:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee the collection and documentation of needs spanning Finance, FP&A, Accounting, and cross-functional teams.</li><li>Translate operational objectives into actionable, well-documented functional specifications.</li><li>Coordinate with subject matter experts to confirm and refine requirements.</li></ul><p><strong>Data Management & System Integration:</strong></p><ul><li>Map data flows, document transitions from source to target, and define criteria for data quality and reconciliation.</li><li>Specify master data management requirements and outline governance processes.</li></ul><p><strong>Business Process Design & Documentation:</strong></p><ul><li>Identify capability needs, operational inefficiencies, decisions points, and integration requirements.</li><li>Develop improved ("to-be") process flows and outline structures for master data, hierarchies, and security.</li><li>Pinpoint standardization opportunities and existing gaps.</li><li>Lead the production of business needs documentation with a clear trace from requirement to deployment.</li></ul><p><strong>Testing, Education & Change Management:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare business-focused test cases, UAT materials, and acceptance benchmarks; coordinate user testing.</li><li>Develop user training content and functional user manuals for various roles.</li></ul><p><strong>Profil du candidat</strong></p><ul><li>7-10 years' experience in a Lead Business Analyst or Functional Consultant capacity for ERP or EPM programs.</li><li>Track record of designing and moderating in-depth business workshops.</li><li>Proficient with leading EPM tools (e.g., Onestream, Tagetik, HFM, or similar).</li><li>In-depth understanding of FP&A, consolidation, intercompany operations, and cost analysis.</li><li>Capable of producing organized documentation, frameworks, and templates.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present to executives.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Are you interested by this role?</strong></p><p>Then apply online as Job Title Lead Business Analyst (f/m/x) by citing this <strong>reference number </strong><strong>60140-0013390979</strong>.
