Risk Analyst Manager

Risk Analyst/Manager Job Description:

Risk analysts or managers usually have at least five years of experience working with operational risk management and risk management processes and frameworks. They have strong collaboration skills and can work with managers and employees across the organization. In addition, they are excellent communicators with high-level analytical skills. A bachelor’s degree in finance, business or a related field is required, and some companies prefer candidates with a graduate degree in business or finance.

Typical risk analyst manager duties:

Working with leadership and management teams to identify and manage risks Reviewing the effectiveness of controls and providing recommendations for further mitigating risks Developing and maintaining company-wide risk management policies and procedures
