- <p><strong>Robert Half Talent Solutions</strong> is currently looking for a <strong>Paralegal (m/f/x)</strong> for one of its clients active in the renewable <strong>energy sector</strong> (offshore wind).</p><p>Join a fast-growing international player shaping the future of offshore wind energy. You will be part of a dynamic and multicultural environment, supporting large-scale projects with global impact.</p><p><strong>Your role</strong></p><p>As a <strong>Paralegal (m/f/x)</strong>, you will join an international Legal team and play a key role in supporting corporate governance, legal operations and contract management across multiple jurisdictions. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and business teams in a highly collaborative environment.</p><p><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Corporate housekeeping & governance</strong></p><ul><li>Manage day-to-day corporate housekeeping for multiple legal entities</li><li>Prepare and coordinate board and shareholder documentation</li><li>Maintain statutory registers and organisational charts</li><li>Monitor director mandates and corporate authorisations</li><li>Support corporate transactions (incorporations, restructurings, governance implementation)</li></ul><p><strong>KYC & compliance</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee KYC/UBO processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements</li><li>Coordinate legal formalities (registrations, filings, apostilles) with external advisors and notaries</li></ul><p><strong>Contract & NDA management</strong></p><ul><li>Handle contract management processes, including administration and tracking</li><li>Draft and review NDAs and standard terms & conditions</li><li>Maintain and update contract databases and related documentation</li></ul><p><strong>Legal support</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct legal and regulatory research</li><li>Support internal stakeholders with corporate and transactional matters</li><li>Contribute to process improvements and legal operations efficiency</li></ul><p><strong>Your profile</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (or equivalent experience)</li><li>Minimum 4 years of relevant experience (law firm, notary, or in-house)</li><li>Strong organisational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset</li><li>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Fluent in French or Dutch, with a strong professional command of English</li></ul><p><strong>What's in it for you</strong></p><ul><li>A truly international and fast-evolving environment</li><li>A collaborative and inclusive company culture</li><li>Flexible working arrangements (including homeworking)</li><li>Real opportunities for growth and long-term career development</li></ul><p>Interested in this position of<strong> Paralegal (m/f/x)</strong> at a young and dynamic company?
