Working with two other team members, you will maintain a general overview and be a co-pilot to the leadership team and the business. You will be responsible for the cash management (cash flow, payments, loans, hedging, contacts with the bank, insurances), the monthly closing process which includes statutory and management reporting, intercompany reconciliation and the audit process. You will coordinate the team making sure that all tasks and deadlines are completed, whilst encouraging the growth of your team.</p><p>Your other responsibility is related to the Group and it'-s different entities. Together with our colleague located in Shanghai, you will be the to-go person for finance related topics. In your duo, you will be in close contact with the different finance leads of the business units, with our auditors, fiscal & legal advisors (transfer pricing, consolidation, intercompany, contracts etc.), the bank and insurance broker.
