<p><strong>Robert Half </strong>is currently recruiting a<strong> Business Controller </strong>for a<strong> high-growth consultancy firm </strong>in<strong> Antwerp. </strong></p><p>Our client is operating in the fascinating environment of start-ups and scale-ups.</p><p>Our client is currently <strong>looking for a Business Controller with relevant experience in accounting and controlling in dynamic companies</strong>. You are willing to join a team of other senior finance processionals, based in Belgium. In a couple of months, you will quickly evolve into a finance business partner for multiple start-ups and scale-up companies.</p><p>This role will be very diverse, each day will be different and we need you to be able to cope with this <strong>ever-changing environment</strong>. You will work as part of the management of our clients and as such need strong communication skills, need to be proactive and willing to get things done. You will work in multiple locations in Flanders and will need to manage your own time;</li><li>Proficient skills in writing and able to express yourself clearly in <strong>Dutch and English</strong>. French is a plus;</li><li>Ability to work with the newest systems and processes. Our clients change constantly and so do we. You need to be able to learn fast and try out new things;</li><li>MS Office has no secrets for you.
