Daarnaast volg je het tijdregistratiesysteem op en ben je goed thuis in sociale wetgeving. Het beheer van sociale documenten, ASR-aangiftes en verlofadministratie behoren eveneens tot jouw takenpakket. Je monitort de facturen van de uitzendkantoren.</li><li>In het kader van soft HR bouw kan je ter back-up ingeschakeld worden ikv een rekrutering van blue-collar profielen.</li><li>Op het vlak van medewerkersupport ben je elke dinsdag of donderdag tussen 16u en 18u het aanspreekpunt voor werknemers.
