While your primary focus is on Belgian projects, close collaboration between both countries is essential for our performance.</p><p>As <strong>Finance Manager (m/f/x) </strong>you will be <strong>responsible</strong> for:</p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Financial model &amp; forecasting </span></p><ul><li>You are responsible for the operational financial model of the assigned projects, including identifying risks and opportunities regarding cash flows. The goal is to continuously improve the operational and financial performance of our projects.</li><li>You analyse, calculate, and forecast budgets. You analyse liquidity positions and propose appropriate measures based on your findings</li></ul><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Compliance &amp; Reporting</span></p><ul><li>You prepare periodic and ad-hoc internal and external financial reports for each DBFM project, including monthly, quarterly, annual, and tax reports.</li><li>You ensure compliance with all financial requirements of credit and project agreements and propose solutions in case of non-compliance.</li></ul><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Stakeholder management </span></p><ul><li>Maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, such as our own project directors, external lenders, shareholders, government agencies, and the external auditor.</li></ul><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Advice and knowledge sharing</span></p><ul><li>You proactively provide advice regarding the financial position of the projects.</li><li>You encourage the exchange of financial expertise and sharing of knowledge, especially among the operational finance team, project finance managers, and operational directors.</li></ul><p>The required <strong>profile</strong> for the <strong>Finance Manager (m/f/x) </strong>position:</p><ul><li>You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in external audit or controlling;</li><li>Strong analytical skills;</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English;</li><li>Knowledge of Belgium GAAP and Corporate Income tax, IFRS is a plus;</li><li>High attention to detail and integrity;</li><li>Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics;</li><li>Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.</li></ul><p>Interested in this position of<strong> Finance Manager (m/f/x)</strong> at a young and dynamic company?
