<p><strong>Robert Half</strong> <strong>Talent Solutions</strong> is currently looking for a <strong>Finance Operations Manager (m/f/x) </strong>for a permanent position based in Brussels.</p><p>Our client is a fast growing company active in the technology / robotics<strong> sector</strong>.</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span class="ql-cursor"></span></strong>As <strong>Finance Operations Manager (m/f/x) </strong>you will be <strong>responsible</strong> for:</p><ul><li>Overseeing the day-to-day financial management of a group of entities in Belgium and the Netherlands;</li><li>Leading a team of two accountants and managing operational execution across the finance department;</li><li>Ensuring timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closings (BE GAAP, NL GAAP, IFRS) and contributing to group consolidation;</li><li>Preparing group reporting, conducting financial analysis, and collaborating closely with the CFO and executive management on strategic topics;</li><li>Overseeing tax compliance and all related operations (VAT, corporate income tax, transfer pricing), serving as the point of contact for auditors and external consultants;</li><li>Managing cash flow planning, supporting budget and forecasting processes, and identifying risks and improvement opportunities;</li><li>Coordinating payroll preparation in cooperation with external providers (Belgium &amp; Netherlands) and handling payroll-related administration.</li></ul><p>The required <strong>profile</strong> for the <strong>Finance Operations Manager (m/f/x) </strong>position:</p><ul><li>Master's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;</li><li>Minimum 7 years' relevant experience in accounting, consolidation, or finance operations;</li><li>Solid expertise in BE GAAP; IFRS experience is a strong asset; familiarity with NL GAAP is a plus;</li><li>A thorough understanding of tax compliance (VAT, corporate income tax), consolidation, and intercompany eliminations; experience with transfer pricing principles;</li><li>Experience collaborating with external auditors;</li><li>Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred);</li><li>Fluent in Dutch and English, both oral and written;</li><li>Hands-on, accurate, analytical, and detail-oriented; capable of working autonomously within a small team;</li></ul><p>Team player with a proactive mindset, comfortable in a fast-growing and professionalizing environment</p><p>Interested in this position of<strong> Finance Operations Manager (m/f/x)</strong> at a young and dynamic company?
