<div>Project Delivery</div><div><div><div><div><p>- Liaise with PRO to capture client requirements, asking relevant technical, functional, and operational questions (ideally during a joint intake with PRO and the client).</p><p>- Create accurate project specifications to enable effective resourcing and matching.</p><p>- Screen and select suitable candidates for project roles.</p><p>- Present clear and accurate consultant profiles to PRO.</p><p>- Prepare and coach candidates for interviews with PRO; observe or host interviews where required; guide and advise PRO as needed.</p><p>- Collect and provide timely feedback; coordinate the end-to-end process, including all compliance requirements.</p><p> </p><p>Aftercare &amp; Quality Assurance</p><p>- Conduct regular feedback and quality calls/meetings with both consultants/contractors and PRO engagement managers, including end-of-assignment debriefs.</p><p>- Coordinate resource teams when required (on- or offsite) and liaise regularly with PRO engagement managers.</p><p>- Support PRO team and the TS teams with reviews and updates.</p><p> </p><p>Talent Acquisition &amp; Resource Management</p><p>- Build and maintain a network of consultants/contractors in the Benelux market, focusing on BPI, Audit &amp; Risk, Technology, and Supply Chain.</p><p>- Develop strong relationships with Talent Solutions partners, who act as key resource providers for PRO.</p><p>- Support redeployment of consultants/contractors, keeping track of top talent.</p><p>- Act as an ambassador, strengthening the connection between Talent Solutions and Protiviti.</p><p> </p></div></div></div></div><p> </p><p>Robert Half BV en Robert Half Project Sourcing BV verwerken de gegevens van sollicitanten die nodig zijn om de sollicitatieprocedure uit te voeren.
