<p><strong>Robert Half</strong> <strong>Talent Solutions</strong> is currently looking for a <strong>Cash Flow Manager </strong><strong>(m/f/x) </strong>for a permanent position based in <strong>Brussels</strong>.</p><p>Our client is a fast growing company active in the <strong>medical sector, </strong>region Anderlecht.</p><p>As <strong>Cash Flow Manager </strong><strong>(m/f/x) </strong>you will be <strong>responsible</strong> for:</p><ul><li><strong>Cash management and planning:</strong>Monitor and manage cash flows across the group, ensuring optimal use of resources.<ul><li>Prepare and maintain cash forecasts,</li><li>Cash flow optimization,</li><li>Plan and propose timely outgoing payments based on visibility over Accounts Payable (AP).</li></ul></li><li><strong>Financial operations:</strong><ul><li>Monitor Accounts payable and recommend corrective actions for outstanding accounts,</li><li>Oversee Accounts receivable and initiate direct debit collections while promptly addressing collection issues,</li><li>Provide control and analysis for various GL accounts and support month-end closing activities.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Process improvements:</strong>Collaborate with the team to implement automation and efficiency improvements in finance processes which are currently performed with limited automation.</li></ul><p>The required <strong>profile</strong> for the <strong>Cash Flow Manager </strong><strong>(m/f/x) </strong>position:</p><ul><li><strong>Education:</strong>Bachelor or similar in finance or accounting</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong>A minimum of 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:<ul><li>Cash flow management</li><li>Treasury Management</li><li>Monitoring of AP &amp; AR</li><li>Financial Operations (ideally in a wholesale company or comparable environment)</li></ul></li><li><strong>Language Skills: </strong>working proficiency in English and French is required; good knowledge of German and Dutch is preferred</li><li><strong>Key Competencies:</strong>Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset to drive automation and efficiency improvements</li><li><strong>Personality:</strong> Hands-on, dynamic, problem solver, good communication skills, keeps the head cool under pressure, good sense of humor.</li></ul><p>Interested in this position of <strong>Cash Flow Manager </strong><strong>(m/f/x)</strong> at a young and dynamic company?
