- <p><strong>Robert Half</strong> <strong>Talent Solutions</strong> is currently looking for a <strong>Risk Manager (m/f/x) </strong>for a permanent position based in <strong>Vilvoorde</strong>.</p><p>Our client is a fast growing company active in the <strong>real estate sector</strong>.</p><p style="text-align: justify;"> </p><p>As <strong>Risk Manager (m/f/x) </strong>you will be <strong>responsible</strong> for:</p><p><strong>Enterprise and Development Risk Management</strong></p><ul><li>Collect, analyse, and consolidate data to maintain and enhance the CE enterprise risk register</li><li>Design and implement robust risk management processes and governance practices</li><li>Develop insightful dashboards and reporting tools to enhance transparency of risk exposure, assessments, and mitigation activities</li></ul><p><strong>Risk Framework Governance</strong></p><ul><li>Act as owner and ambassador of the CE risk policy and risk register framework</li><li>Serve as the subject matter expert and central coordinator for risk register management across development and operational teams</li><li>Promote a strong risk culture and consistent risk management practices throughout the organization</li></ul><p><strong>ICT Risk Management </strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate Luxembourg IT-related regulatory filings and support the implementation of the ICT risk framework in cooperation with IT Team</li><li>Contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of ICT risk management policies, procedures, and registers</li><li>Respond to ad hoc regulatory requests and supervisory inquiries</li></ul><p>In this role, you will report to the Lead Risk, Legal & Compliance. </p><p>The required <strong>profile</strong> for the <strong>Risk Manager (m/f/x) </strong>position:</p><ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant risk or audit role</li><li>Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Business Automation Finance, Risk Management</li><li>Experience in real estate or infrastructure industry is a plus</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail</li><li>Proficient stakeholder management</li><li>Strong governance and documentation skills</li><li>Fluent in English</li></ul><p>Interested in this position of<strong> Risk Manager (m/f/x)</strong> at a young and dynamic company?
