Plant Controller (M/V/X) - Regio EekloVoor een internationaal productiebedrijf dat actief is binnen FMCG met diverse vestigingen gelegen in de Benelux regio, zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Plant Controller (M/V/X).Vanuit jouw rol zit je letterlijk en figuurlijk dichtbij de business (zijnde de diverse operatoren in de fabriek) en ga je het financieel beheer opnemen van twee fabrieken in België.Wat staat jou te wachten?Je gaat als sparring partner van de resp. plant managers verantwoordelijkheid nemen omtrent het financiële luik van de lokale productie als onderdeel van het management team. In het bijzonder komen de volgende zaken aan bod in deze rol:<ul><li>Je draagt verantwoordelijkheid voor de volledige P&L en financiële performantie van de sites. Met jouw analyses en inzichten stuur je de resultaten en ondersteun je strategische en operationele beslissingen op korte en lange termijn.</li><li>Je ondersteunt bij het maken van kostprijsberekeningen van nieuwe & bestaande producten en speelt een cruciale rol mbt de kosten -en margestructuur.</li><li>Je analyseert kostprijzen, marges, productiviteits-KPI's en manufacturing variances en identificeert de belangrijkste drivers achter de resultaten van de plants.</li><li>Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opmaak van het budget en staat in voor het forecastingproces en volgt de verschillende parameters ook nauwgezet en continu op.</li><li>Je neemt de lead in het opstellen en challengen van business cases voor investeringen en strategische initiatieven en adviseert het management bij CAPEX-beslissingen.</li><li>Je identificeert verbeteropportuniteiten in processen, efficiëntie en performance management en neemt initiatieven om controlling verder te professionaliseren.</li><li>Je ontwikkelt en levert relevante managementrapportering en analyses voor het managementteam en de business.</li><li>Je stuurt hierbij een controller aan die jou zal ondersteunen voor de scope van jouw taken.</li></ul>Wie hebben we hiervoor nodig?<ul><li>Je beschikt over een master diploma in een Economische richting of bent gelijkgesteld door ervaring.</li><li>Je hebt minstens 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen een productieomgeving, idealiter aangevuld met een aantal extra jaren ervaring binnen finance.</li><li>Je fungeert als kritische business partner om de resultaten van de plant continu te verbeteren.</li><li>Je ziet opportuniteiten en neemt vanuit je rol de nodige initiatieven hieromtrent.</li><li>Je bent analytisch & procesmatig sterk, je kent je cijfers en kunt aardig overweg met Excel en data.</li><li>Je komt regelmatig op de werkvloer om de verschillende processen binnen de fabriek goed te begrijpen.</li><li>Je bent communicatief sterk en hanteert een no-nonsense aanpak; je weet financiële inzichten helder en overtuigend te presenteren op diverse niveaus, inclusief directie.</li><li>Je werkt hoofdzakelijk vanuit de fabriek nabij Eeklo en verplaatst je een aantal keren per maand naar de fabriek regio West-Vlaanderen.</li></ul>Wat kan je verwachten in ruil? <ul><li>Als Senior Plant Controller vervul je een sleutelrol en kom je terecht in een stabiele, innovatieve en vooruitstrevende Belgische productie onderneming met internationale uitstraling.</li><li>Je komt terecht in een breder finance team, maar zal vooral binnen de twee fabrieken een prominente rol vormen met de plant manager.</li><li>Je kunt uiteraard rekenen op een marktconform salarispakket (€ 75 000 - € 100 000 brutojaarloon) aangevuld met extralegale voordelen zoals een bedrijfswagen, variabele verloning, flex income plan, 32 verlofdagen (aangevuld met 5 extra dagen via FIP indien gewenst), verzekeringspakket, nettovergoeding, etc.</li><li>Tenslotte zorgt de hybride werkomgeving ook voor de nodige flexibiliteit om werk en privé in balans te houden.</li></ul>Interesse in deze functie als Senior Plant Controller (M/V/X)?
