The position entails preparing consolidated financial statements on various timelines in accordance with appropriate accounting standards. The individual will be responsible for auditing these entities, preparing individual and consolidated annual budgets, and conducting performance analysis.</p><p>In addition to these responsibilities, the role also includes preparing periodic and ad-hoc analytical reports and financial models, liaising with local accounting service providers and financiers, and managing transaction processes related to the acquisition and/or disposal of real estate/investment holding companies.</p><p>The candidate will also oversee cash management/treasury activities, such as managing bank accounts, monitoring cash balances, and managing payment processes.</p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><p>The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Finance, Accounting, ACCA, or CA, though candidates with at least 5 years of consolidation knowledge are greatly preferred. It includes analyzing production cost variances, reconciling inventory, and investigating discrepancies during cycle counts in collaboration with operations teams. The position also supports alignment of costing processes between Singapore and Batam, performs cost roll-ups for new materials and components, and maintains standard costs for materials, labor, and overhead in ERP systems.<br /><br />Responsibilities include processing accounts payable invoices with correct GL coding, assisting in month-end closings through journal entries and accruals, and maintaining selected balance sheet schedules. The role supports quarterly GST submissions in compliance with Singapore tax regulations and contributes to annual external audit preparations.
